This journal is to help others like me who have endured a loss related to their feminine body. After undergoing a hysterectomy at 23, I wanted to create a safe space for others. No one prepared me for the wave of grief that would follow. You Are More Than Your Body serves a place to discover, process, and reflect. We often suffer in silence or have a difficult time finding a place to start as we begin our healing process. I hope this journal will act as in instrumental part of your healing journey.
