Adaobi Ezeadum (née Ibeanu). She is a Convergent Thinker, public Speaker, motivational Influencer, Coach and a lady with a positive mental attitude. With the vision to make women focus on what matters, getting them to understand they can be masterminds of great innovations. She is the founder and chairman board of trustees of a non-governmental organization, The Empowered Sapiens Muiler Initiative(Esmi) a platform set to break barriers and impact wisdom.

She has been able to navigate through many waters, held so many leadership positions and spoken to many (via her invitation as a speaker or one on one consultations). Her coaching prowess has helped impact other women by putting them back on the journey to self-discovery or rediscovery.

As an Influencer, she is passionate about seeing women establish themselves by becoming their best version. She has a mantra “ that women will one day realize they are so powerful, much more powerful than the society has made them believe”...
