Can a story that doesn't involve a lot of special effects, unreal or superhuman characters, still be interesting or relevant? Soldiers of the Twilight is a character study of men who can't fit in, who seek their sense of fulfillment on the extreme side of life, like Soldiers of Fortune, looking for some war to fight. Seen through the eyes of Ronnie Jones, a troubled young man with a lot of energy but no direction in his life. He finds that direction first in Richard Black, a ruthless Florida drug runner who teaches him the trade and later turns on him. Then, when hiding out in the Midwest, he meets Robert Baker, a brave firefighter and paramedic who appears to be Ronnie's salvation. That is until he leads Ronnie into a world of gang wars, crooked real estate deals, and arson. Finally, the story comes full circle when Ronnie returns to Florida and an encounter with his past that will either bring him what he's been searching for, or cost him his life. So strap on your helmet and take a thrill ride into a world that most people never see with Soldiers of the Twilight.
