CHAPTER 1
CONGRATULATIONS—YOU DID IT! YOU FINISHED YOUR SCHOOL YEAR AND A YEAR OF VERSES AND MEDITATIONS. WELL DONE! FOLLOWING IS THE LAST LINE IN THE BIBLE. IT IS MY PRAYER FOR YOU AS YOU END THIS SCHOOL YEAR:
The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all. —Revelation 22:21
CHAPTER 2
ONE MORE DAY OF SCHOOL. LOOK BACK AT ALL THE GOOD THINGS THIS YEAR HAS BROUGHT YOU AND THANK GOD FOR THEM.
Iwill thank you, LORD, with all my heart; I will talk about all your wonderful acts. —Psalm 9:1
CHAPTER 3
YOU HAVE ONLY TWO MORE DAYS LEFT OF SCHOOL. SUMMER VACATION IS ALMOST HERE. CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR YEAR WITH GOD. MAY YOU FEEL THIS PRAYER:
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in faith so that you overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. —Romans 15:13
CHAPTER 4
REST IN THE FACT THAT GOD CARES ABOUT EVERY STEP YOU MAKE IN LIFE'S JOURNEY. HAVE A SAFE AND WONDERFUL SUMMER. REMEMBER TO TAKE GOD WITH YOU THIS SUMMER.
"This is God, our God, forever and always! He is the one who will lead us even to the very end." —Psalm 48:14
CHAPTER 5
YOU CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON JESUS, AS HE NEVER CHANGES. THE BIBLE IS CALLED THE LIVING WORD. EACH TIME YOU READ IT, YOU WILL HAVE CHANGED AND MATURED, AND YOU WILL DISCOVER NEW MEANING; BUT JESUS IS ALWAYS THE SAME.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever! —Hebrews 13:8
CHAPTER 6
LEAVE JUDGMENT OF OTHERS TO GOD. HE NOTICES, AND HE WILL DO WHAT IS RIGHT AT THE CORRECT TIME.
Don't get upset over evildoers; don't be jealous of those who do wrong, because they will fade fast, like grass; they will wither like green vegetables. —Psalm 37:1-2
CHAPTER 7
LOOK FOR GOD IN THE POWER OF NATURE THIS SUMMER. IF YOU ARE AT THE OCEAN, HEAR HIM IN THE WAVES; IN THE MOUNTAINS, SEE HIM IN THEIR BEAUTY; OR IN A STORM, FEEL HIS POWER.
The LORD's voice is over the waters; the glorious God thunders; the LORD is over the mighty waters. —Psalm 29:3
CHAPTER 8
SUMMER VACATION IS COMING SOON. WHEN SCHOOL IS OVER, TAKE SOME TIME TO READ BOOKS, WATCH A DOCUMENTARY, TAKE A TRIP TO YOUR GRANDPARENTS' HOUSE AND LEARN SOMETHING FROM THEM. NEVER STOP LEARNING.
An understanding heart seeks knowledge; but fools feed on folly. —Proverbs 15:14
