Overview

Do you know someone that cannot sit still or acts nervously at school? This person probably has anxiety. It's pretty uncommon to notice anxiety in ourselves, but it is very easy to see evidence of it in others. People that have lived with anxiety do not know what if feels like to NOT have anxiety. This book is an easy and fun way to teach children young and old about anxiety. The many Illustrations make the topic of anxiety easily understandable and relatable.

The main point I would like my book to convey is that there is nothing wrong with anxious people, they are actually more aware of how they feel than other people. They may not know how to deal with their feelings, but they sure do feel them. This is a great quote by Stephen Covey - "Seek first to understand then to be understood." I hope this book helps you understand.

This is the first book in the series called "Inside Voices". Be looking for other books in this series in the future.
