Ben joined the Airforce out of high school (Viet Nam War period) and received an education from them on becoming a computer repairman. He came from the era that did not require a formal college education to do well as much as it does today. His education after the Air Force included on-the-job trainings, many company sponsored trainings, and life experiences.
After Ben committed his life to Jesus Christ, he was educated and trained by a community of dedicated believers, training and preparing him for his walk with Jesus as His disciple. These people are the same ones who introduced Ben to Him by dropping seeds of hope. God watered those seeds a year later. God’s Spirit within me continues to educate me as he travels his journey on his path of life with Him. During those times Ben discovered and used his talents and gifts God gave him for His purposes and became His disciple.
He has been walking with Jesus for over 30 years. Most of his walk has been working with men. Helping them understand and overcome many issues of life through sharing his testimony and experiences. In the process, Ben learned so much more about himself as well. “God has a way of speaking through us and at the same time to us. All we have to do is listen and discern.”
God inspired Ben to write about all he has learned. He is not a gifted writer, so He put various people in Ben’s life to help. He used all the notes he had taken throughout his journey and the experiences, Ben had to write it in the way that He wanted him to write it. He has his life story throughout and answers the questions of why Ben chose God’s truth over the lies he had learned and how he applied them to his everyday life.
God also inspired Ben and his partner to start an on-line ministry called “Even You Ministry”. Its purpose is to help all who join them find for themselves how to learn and translate God’s truths from the world’s lies they have relied on prior to believing in Him, and to practically put them into use in their everyday lives becoming the men and women God created them to be. Yes, even you can. All you have to do is let us help you understand the lies of this world vs. the truth of God and accept the fact that God offers everyone, no matter what they have done, a second chance at this life with a helper sent by God – His Holy Spirit to “seal the deal”.
