Raised an Air Force brat, Elle James got her work ethic from her dad, creativity from mom and inspiration from her sister. Jan Schliesman believes in love at first sight. Mr. Wonderful took a little convincing. She juggled their three kids with a part-time job as a police dispatcher, providing many story ideas.
