Laws govern the actions and behavior of people and things. There are many categories of laws: physical laws, civil laws, and spiritual laws, etc. But of all laws, God's spiritual laws are greater. They rule over and surpass every other law. God's ways are above (Isaiah 55:8-9). That means above every other way. Heaven is above the earth. That means superior to the earth.
