Ruben Speight is a young preacher that takes over his late grandfather's church. Not only is Ruben a pastor and counselor, but he is also a friend and brother to the entire community. His wife Jackie is supportive of his commitment to the church and community. However, when things start to get out of hand, she begs him to resign.
